I almost sold my Canon s95 camera. It sold on eBay, but the buyer and I talked it over and they cancelled it. Then the “second offer” thing didn’t work either. So then I figured, maybe I’m supposed to keep this thing. So I am. I could use the money, but I also think it’s important that I keep taking photos. Not just on Instagram, and not just a photo or two that I put up here on Tumblr, but the 1000s that you all never see.
I need these shots, because when I look back at them - since August of 2010 (when I left NYC) - I get a little shook up.
There’s a lot of history in there. A rich, multi-level blanket of memories that come flooding back when I look at those photos. I hope you like them, too.
